How to Subscribe/Gift Subscriptions. Write to the PAJ Subscription Department, P.O. 271, North Boston, NY 14110-0271. You may charge your subscription/gift subscription on your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Pal Pay, or by calling (toll free) 1-800-422-1275, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., EST. You may subscribe on-line from our Bookstore’s subscription page.

Subscription Problems. Address all subscription problems to PAJ Subscription Department, P.O. 271, North Boston, NY 14110-0271 or send e-mail to: info@polamjournal.com. You may also leave a message at (800) 422-1275. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Refunds and Cancellations. Request for subscription cancellations must be made by calling (800) 422-1275. Refunds will be prorated based on one-half of the remaining subscription balance plus a $5.00 cancellation fee. There is no charge for transferring remaining subscription balances to new or existing accounts.

Change of Address. Please contact the PAJ Subscription Department or e-mail info@polamjournal.com.

Deadlines. Press Releases. Deadline for all stories, press releases, notices, etc. is the first of the month preceding publication date. (e.g.: March 1 for the April edition.) News items may be e-mailed to editor@polamjournal.com or to: PAJ Press Release, P.O. Box 271, North Boston, NY 14110-0271. Please note: Emailed press releases will receive preference over those received by regular mail.

Space limitations prohibit the publication of lengthy articles and stories. Requests for published articles must be emailed to editor@polamjournal.com. Stories and articles submitted by PAJ subscribers receive preference over non-solicited items.

Advertising. Advertising space must be reserved no later than the 15th of the month preceding publication date. (eg.: March 15 for April edition). For complete advertising information and a copy of our recent rate card, write to: info@polamjournal.com.

Letters to the Editor. The volume of mail prevents us from answering each letter individually. Letters that request a response must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and will be answered on a as-time-allows basis. Letters for our “Speak Up” column must be brief and include the writer’s signature, address, and daytime telephone number for verification. Only brief, concise letters will be considered for publication. Publication is not guaranteed. Letters may also be sent to our e-mail address editor@polamjournal.com.

Free Digital Subscriptions for Clergy, Elected Officials. To keep elected officials abreast of issues affecting the Polish American community, the Polish American Journal will provide free PDF editions of the newspaper to state- and nationally-elected officials and government agencies representing Polish American communities. To have your representative placed on this list, please send his or her name, address, and email address to info@polamjournal.com. Diocesan offices of Roman Catholic, Polish National Catholic, and other faiths within Polish American communities may also request a free PDF subscription. Because of postage costs, print subscription for clergy is available at half-price, $12.50 per year.
